Lisa is a Project Consultant at Transform Consulting Group. At Transform, Lisa helps clients think strategically about how to build their capacity to manage projects and funding. She holds a Master of Leadership Development with a concentration in Organizational Leadership from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College and a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Child Development with a minor in Entrepreneurship from Central Michigan University. 

Prior to her work at Transform Consulting Group she held several roles in Early Childhood Education and Advocacy. These experiences have shaped her big picture view that the key to a community’s potential lies within each and every child that lives there who will one day become an adult of that community. Utilizing a collective leadership framework, Lisa has been involved in early childhood initiatives bringing together stakeholders from areas such as education, business, government, and health care to create a common language and shared way of working towards the outcome of thriving children, families, and community.
