Kayla Duncan (She/Her)

Project Consultant

Kayla Duncan is a Project Consultant at Transform Consulting Group (TCG). She holds a Master of Arts in Sociology with a concentration in race and education from the University of Notre Dame. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Indiana University – Bloomington.

Kayla is passionate about organizations that are serving and empowering girls and marginalized communities. She discovered this passion during her internships in the medical field where she noticed the lack of diversity amongst practitioners. After college, Kayla went on to graduate school where she researched racial diversity in higher education. As a minority, Kayla realized the impact data could have in the field of racial equity and, ultimately, the impact this work can have on her own community. Before beginning her career with TCG, Kayla served as an Equitable Initiatives Officer at The Indianapolis Foundation to help develop, launch, and manage the foundation’s anti-racism app, The Movement of 10,000.

Her passion and experiences drew her to the work of TCG. As a new staff member, she is excited to serve a variety of organizations working to better their communities. She is especially thrilled to work with organizations working in education and racial equity in her hometown of Indianapolis.
