Darcy Marlett is the Communications Manager for the SPARK Learning Lab project. In this role, she is responsible for the overall internal and external communications and manages communication strategy, public relations, graphic design, website and social media management.
Prior to joining the TCG team Darcy served as the Director of Marketing and Communications for the National Chimney Sweep Guild, a national trade association focused on the chimney and hearth industry.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Indiana University with a concentration in public relations and advertising. While at IU she interned with a variety of non-profits including the American Red Cross and the Indianapolis Museum of Art and discovered a passion for helping organizations doing great work tell their stories.
A lifelong volunteer Darcy got her start volunteering with the Girl Scouts at a young age. Today she enjoys working with organizations that support the arts and the Indianapolis community. She currently volunteers at the Eiteljorg Museum and is a member of the Junior League of Indianapolis.
