Needs Assessment Report

Boys and Girls Clubs of America (BGCA) wanted to look at the out-of-school-time (OST) needs of youth ages 5-18 in Indiana and how well Indiana Clubs are fulfilling those needs. Together we accomplished the following:

  • Completed a visually appealing statewide needs assessment highlighting data qualitative and quantitative data on Indiana youth and the out-of-school time landscape
  • Completed assessment of 31 Indiana Clubs which included developing data tools, facility tours, and leadership interviews
  • Completed a 5-year strategic implementation plan
