    Transform Consulting Group wants local nonprofits to know that the Wellpoint Foundation‘s grant window is open for projects in Indiana and other Wellpoint operating states for projects that improve the lives of people and health.

    The Foundation currently has $26 million in grants outstanding. Funding supports programs that champion healthy behaviors, health-risk prevention, and healthy environments. Prior grantees from Indiana include: Gleaners, Special Olympics, the Indiana Sports Corp, Shepherd Community and the Indiana Heart Association.

    For more information on this grant opportunity, click here. The grants are open to 501(c)(3) public charities, and the Foundation also occasionally supports governments, schools and faith-based organizations.
