SPARK Communication & Marketing Retreat

To kick off the new year with intentional communication and marketing strategies, TCG is hired by SPARK Learning Lab to facilitate a leadership retreat. This will include time for team building, vision casting, review data that is vital in telling the story of impact for the statewide initiatives, sharing best practices in the industry related to communication, getting consensus on the “identity” and overall messaging portrayed by SPARK, and reviewing internal processes and procedures to ensure all strategies run smoothly and efficiently throughout 2024.
