Johnson County Community Foundation (JCCF) has hired Transform Consulting Group to lead a 2024 Nonprofit Training Series that focuses on building capacity of their grantees. 

In this first session, TCG will give an overview of a best-practice strategic planning process that organizations can follow to create their own strategic plan. The training will focus on how to gather organizational information and relevant data to use in the process of determining key goals and strategies for the organization to pursue in the next 3 to 5 years. The training will include templates, tools, and resources organizations can use to develop a strategic plan. The training will also touch on the benefits of hiring a consultant to be an external facilitator of this process.
