For the past year, in an effort to build upon the DISC engagement, Geminus has made a concerted effort to invest in its organizational leadership and culture with the first phase of the High Performing Organizations Framework (HPO). Moving into the second phase, TCG was hired to work with Geminus to strengthen and empower the Head Start (HS) leadership team with continued engagement and individual coaching. TCG will work with the HS leadership team to support strategic plan implementation and align the organization around strategic goals, specifically Prioritize Organizational Success and Sustain and Support a Strong Workforce. 

The first training in this second phase includes onboarding and reviewing goals as a team. TCG will begin to engage site managers and other management in the HPO framework with a learning series and coaching to address their individual leadership journeys.
