For the past year, in an effort to build upon the DISC engagement, Geminus has made a concerted effort to invest in its organizational leadership and culture with the first phase of the High Performing Organizations Framework (HPO). Moving into the second phase, TCG was hired to work with Geminus to strengthen and empower the Head Start (HS) leadership team with continued engagement and individual coaching.

Utilizing the HS leadership team HPO assessment data, TCG will develop and facilitate four engagements with the team to address the identified HPO Framework areas for improvement. This is training #1!
