How to Create Evaluation Processes and Procedures will cover the importance of data systems and procedures and how to develop them. Organizations often struggle with collecting data consistently and reliably and then knowing what to do with it after they collect it. In this workshop, we will share examples of how to develop processes to ensure consistency in how data is collected, stored, and analyzed. We will also cover the implications of when organizations do not have these procedures established.
