Transform Consulting Group encourages community members to attend the Center for Leadership Development (CLD) College Prep Conference & College Fair. CLD’s mission is to foster the advancement of minority youth in Central Indiana as future professional, business, and community leaders by providing experiences that encourage personal development and educational attainment. This one-day conference, open to any student or parent statewide, prepares 8-12th grade students, parents, and mentors with the knowledge and resources needed for college readiness and successful graduation from high school and college. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the entire college readiness process, from learning individual study skills and understanding available resources to seeking scholarships and applying for financial aid.
WHAT: 6th Annual College Prep Conference & College Fair
WHEN: Saturday, August 10, 2013 | 8 AM – 4:30 PM
WHERE: Indiana Convention Center, Sagamore Ballroom
WHO: Rising 8th-12th Grade Students, Parents & Mentors
COST: $15/person, *Groups of 10 or more: $10/person (every participant must also have individual registration)
