Transform Consulting Group is thrilled to announce our newest talent – Bradley Baker, Lauron Fischer and Nicholas Fisher.
Bradley Baker, Project Intern, is currently a junior undergraduate student at the University of Indianapolis where he is pursuing a double major in Finance and Economics with a minor in Accounting. He is the President of the Student Economics Club and a member of the Student Finance Club on campus. After graduation he plans to move to Texas to pursue a Masters of Finance degree where he would eventually like to become a financial analyst. Bradley enjoys researching many different topics but economic development and American fiscal policy are his favorites. Being from Louisville, Kentucky, Bradley is a newcomer to Indianapolis.
Lauron Fischer, Research Associate, is pursuing a Master of Public Affairs at the Indiana University School of Public and Environmental Affairs. She recently completed a year of service as an AmeriCorps VISTA Fellow in Mayor Ballard’s Office of Education Innovation in Indianapolis, during which time she developed initiatives to promote accessible and high quality early childhood education. Her other professional experiences include work with the National Student Leadership Conference in Washington, DC, National Instruments and the Texas Public Policy Foundation in Austin, Texas, Big Brothers Big Sisters of South Central Indiana, and the German Institute for Economic Research (DIW) in Berlin. Before coming to Indiana University, Lauron attended the University of Texas at Austin and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a minor in Spanish.
Nicholas Fisher, Project Intern, is currently pursuing his J.D. at Indiana Tech Law School. Nick has always had an interest in working within the community. Prior to pursuing his law degree, Nick graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. Nick was born in Illinois, but grew up in the Fort Wayne area. He plans to stay in Indiana after graduation, because it is a great place to raise a family.
