Rose Johnson is the Project Director at Transform Consulting Group. She holds a Master of Public Affairs with concentrations in nonprofit management and public policy analysis from Indiana University. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Indiana University and a certificate in Fund Raising Management from the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy.

Rose is passionate about youth-serving organizations that empower young people and their families and equip them with tools to improve their futures. She discovered this passion at a young age. She grew up going to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Bloomington, and her experience there made a huge impact on her life. She is still involved with the organization today. Rose took that passion and applied it to numerous roles in both programming and fundraising at both the state and local level in Indiana. From direct service to program development to fundraising, youth development work has been a consistent focus in Rose’s varied professional and volunteer experiences. Rose has always been excited about applying her experience and education to help organizations explore how data and research-based best practices can inform their efforts to make critical change in their communities.

Rose now applies her experience in both nonprofit work and her years of experience as a consultant on the TCG team to her role as Project Director. In this role, Rose supports TCG’s team of consultants, providing strategic direction and guidance on client projects and helping to support team members’ continued growth and success.
