    There is no one-size-fits-all approach when you work with Transform Consulting Group.

    At the same time, the framework we use to address your needs remains consistent. Our clients tell us that we differ from most consulting agencies in how we approach their projects and solutions.     We work with our clients, not simply for them. We believe a participatory approach is best, and prioritize building our clients’ capacity to sustain and accelerate the work beyond our engagement.

    We ground our work in the data. We review the latest industry research to understand trends and collect new data, as necessary. Then, we benchmark successful strategies, identifying gaps and opportunities as we make best practice recommendations and develop a solid plan for the future.

    Before turning the data, research, and identified best practices into a plan for our clients, we gather diverse stakeholders to facilitate consensus on the best plan and path forward. We work with key stakeholders to analyze the information using their perspective and expertise—together determining collective goals and strategies.

    We develop, design, and recommend plans, policies, programs, and reports to accelerate our clients’ timeframe and improve outcomes. We help our clients take action by moving the work that we do forward. As partners with our clients, we monitor the success of each project to ensure we are making an impact.

    TCG helped us focus on understanding the needs and strengths of the counties we serve. They did this by gathering and interpreting key data and talking with different stakeholders to get a better understanding of their current and future needs.
