Denae Green is a Project Consultant at Transform Consulting Group. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from DePaul University. She found her passion for serving others through her family’s legacy of living and working at a large nonprofit agency dedicated to helping kids and families in crisis through residential treatment, foster care, and prevention services. Denae learned firsthand the power of nonprofit organizations, social causes, and diverse stakeholders’ roles in addressing the community’s needs.
Denae’s favorite thing about her job is having a direct connection to helping communities and causes thrive. With over 13 years of service, she had the privilege of learning the intimate workings of a mid-size nonprofit that served in the government and private sectors. She brings experience in strategic planning, program development, marketing and communications, and fundraising to the TCG team.
Denae has lived a vibrant life of serving others. She looks forward to partnering with various causes to bring their visions to life and create a lasting impact. She attributes her work ethic and dedication to her experience as a full-ride Division 1 volleyball player at DePaul University. She loves forming meaningful and prosperous relationships. She enjoys athletics, farming, boating, and anything related to the beach or the lake. She lives in Converse, Indiana, on her family’s farm with her husband, Lee, and two active young sons, Gibson and Marshall.
