Using Data to Inform Program Improvement will focus on helping participants understand how to use their data to inform program improvement. We will discuss how to use the data internally for program improvement, staff development, and other organizational goals. We will also discuss how participants can use their data externally to meet fundraising, communications, advocacy, and partnership goals. This workshop will mention that SAVI is available for use on the Grow website.

Workshop Objectives:
Participants will understand how to use the data their organization collects to assess program effectiveness and determine what program improvements they can make.
Participants will understand how they can use their data in their external communications with donors, funders, partners, and other key stakeholders.
